COMMITTEE ON RELIEF
http://gbgm-umc.org/umcor
UMCOR has been the arm of the United Methodist Church to act swiftly and with

1940s in prewar Europe and Asia. UMCOR works in three fundamental areas:
Emergency Response, World Hunger/Poverty, and Refugee Ministries.1-800-841-1235
CHURCH WORLD
SERVICE BLANKET FUND
www.churchworldservice.org.
Warm wool blankets provided by Church World Services, when war or a natural
disaster occurs, help provide hope for a better tomorrow. Since 1946, CWS has
provided blankets at an exceptionally low cost of $5.00 per blanket! Each blanket
can provide more than just warmth at night, as some are used as shade, or as
a coat, or even to carry items in transport. 1-800-456-1310
ANGEL TREE
Angel Tree is a national mission with action at a local
level. Coordination by volunteers to arrange the gift offering,
purchasing and delivery of gifts for children of prisoners is
a thankless endeavor. A childs hope to be remembered at
Christmas time by the ones they love cannot be forgotten. Contact
St. Mark's for more info.
