Green Team

St. Mark's has joined many other denominations in declaring wise stewardship to be a matter of faith and deserving of our time and resources. Towards this effort, the Green Team was established as a sub-committee of the Church and Society Committee. 

"Our mission is to educate ourselves and our faith community to fulfill and enact our Christian responsibility for stewardship of God’s creation."

We seek to educate and take action on many environmental issues of the day, including climate change, the use of chemicals, alternative fuel sources, and many other environmental problems.
