our Health & Wholeness Ministry.

Amy is a local dietitian who likes to eat healthy, but loves to
eat! Information is research-based,
but also reality-checked. All ideas are tested on her own busy
family, which includes three
growing boys!
Materials fee: $5/person, per class. (Limit $10/family, per class.)
Attend all four; get the fourth one free!
You are invited to attend any or all of the classes. Please RSVP by
contacting the church
office by the Wednesday prior to the class you
wish to attend.
Children
are welcome, or childcare is available by advanced requested.
