The Gathering (Contemporary Worship)

Sundays in the sanctuary

This is an intergenerational, multi-sensory service that welcomes families to worship together in a praiseful and energetic atmosphere. 

Typically, the music is led through the use of our digital projector and by the St. Mark's Praise Team (which is comprised of singers, guitarists, a keyboardist and drummer).

Our Youth Band (For Peter's Sake) leads music in the worship service once every other month, for several weeks during the summer, at the Easter Sunrise Service, and at other special events.

While the meditations are generally given by the pastor, the leadership of the service is also comprised of laity of all ages, assisting with ushering, readings, children's sermons and special liturgies.
